      ATTACK OF THE CLONES

There is  unrest  in the Galactic
Senate.  Several  thousand  solar
systems   have   declared   their
intentions to leave the Republic.

This     separatist     movement,
under   the   leadership  of  the
mysterious   Count   Dooku,   has
made it difficult for the limited
number   of   Jedi   Knights   to
maintain  peace   and  order   in
the  galaxy.

Senator   Amidala,   the   former
Queen  of  Naboo,   is  returning
to  the  Galactic Senate  to vote
on the critical issue of creating
an    ARMY   OF   THE    REPUBLIC
to    assist   the    overwhelmed
Jedi....

Royal Star Cruiser

Trooper:: Are you all right?; ご無事ですか？
Padme:: Uh-huh.; ええ。
Trooper:: We'd better get back to the forward command center.; 前線司令センターへお戻りください。
Padme:: No. Gather what troops you can. We've got to get to that hangar. Get a transport. Hurry!; いいえ。できるかぎりの兵を集めてください。あのハンガーへ行くのです。輸送船に乗って。早く！
Trooper:: Right away.; わかりました。

Geonosis -- Hanger

Dooku:: Brave of you, boy. But I would have thought you had learned your lesson.; 勇敢だな、坊や。だが、まだ訓練が途中だったと思ったが。
Anakin:: I am a slow learner.; 覚えが悪いほうでね。
Obi-Wan:: Anakin!; アナキン！
Dooku:: Master Yoda.; マスター・ヨーダ。
Yoda:: Count Dooku.; ドゥークー伯爵。
Dooku:: You have interfered with our affairs for the last time.; 我々の邪魔をするのもこれで最後にしてもらいたいですな。
Yoda:: Powerful you have become, Dooku. The dark side I sense in you.; 強くなったのぉ、ドゥークーよ。感じるぞ、おぬしの中にダークサイドをな。
Dooku:: I've become more powerful than any Jedi. Even you.; 私はすべてのジェダイを凌駕する力を手に入れたのだ。あなたさえもね。
Yoda:: Much to learn you still have.; まだ学ぶべきことが多いのぉ。
Dooku:: It is obvious that this contest cannot be decided by our knowledge of the Force. But by our skills with a lightsaber.; どうやらフォースの知識では決着がつきそうにないですな。では、ライトセイバーの技量ではどうですかな。
Yoda:: Fought well you have, my old Padawan.; よく戦ったぞ、かつてのパダワンよ。
Dooku:: This is just the beginning.; これははじまりにすぎん。
Padme:: Anakin.; アナキン。

Coruscant -- Secret Landing Platform

Dooku:: The Force is with us, Master Sidious.; フォースは我らと共にありました、マスター・シディアス。
Sidious:: Welcome home, Lord Tyranus. You have done well.; よくぞ戻られた、ティラナス卿。よくやってくれた。
Count:: I have good news for you, my lord. The war has begun.; よい知らせをお持ちしました、閣下。戦争が始まりました。
Sidious:: Excellent. Everything is going as planned.; すばらしい。すべて計画通りに進んでいるな。

Jedi Temple -- Council Chambers

Obi-Wan:: Do you believe what Count Dooku said about Sidious controlling the Senate? It doesn't feel right.; ドゥークー伯爵はシディアスが元老院を支配していると言っていましたが、信じられますか？私には信じられません。
Yoda:: Joined the dark side Dooku has. Lies, deceit, creating mistrust are his ways now.; ダークサイドに組したのじゃ、ドゥークーはな。嘘と欺瞞、疑いを作るのがやつのやり方じゃ。
Mace:: Nevertheless, I feel we should keep a closer eye on the Senate.; いずれにしても元老院に十分目を光らせておく必要がありますな。
Yoda:: I agree.; 同感じゃ。
Mace:: Where is your apprentice?; 君の弟子はどうした？
Obi-Wan:: On his way to Naboo, escorting Senator Amidala. I have to admit that without the clones, it would not have been a victory.; アミダラ議員の護衛でナブーへ向かっています。認めざるを得ませんが、クローンがいなければ勝利はありませんでした。
Yoda:: Victory? Victory, you say? Master Obi-Wan, not victory. The shroud of the dark side has fallen. Begun the Clone War has.; 勝利じゃと？勝利と言ったのか？マスター・オビ＝ワン、勝利ではない。ダークサイドのとばりが降りてきたのじゃ。始まったのじゃよ、クローン大戦がな。
